she is sining and she is doing it well i cant understand how i find commments that say this is the next XXXX who ever listen people this is just a kid singing yes she has spirit but that comes from either her mother or father at this age she can be able to do anything i like the heart but the facts are at this age she could be or do nothing later in life or be great but the facts are geneticalley she is not abnormal and by that i mean extra superior so.. please the comments about(the greatest thing ever) please just think about it for a second just be real..... and to the parent if you recieve this that is a very cute kid and i might expect great things.

It is that kind of attitude that allows people to think that kind of thing is fine. When will we learn that the issues we face, for the most part, are of our own making. We have to change the way the think and do things. Stop teaching our kids rubbish and stop praising them for 'performing' for massa. There is a more seriouse side to all of this, it's not just a little girl being cute, it a sign of our failing to take ourselves seriously.

Um, i am with tellie85. Yal can't be lookin down on our people. just because this little girl knows all of this at 2, doesn't mean she doesn't know anything else. She is a little genius in my opinion and if she knows all of this, she probably knows a whole lot more. So don't critize just because you couldn't do what she can at 2 years old. Thank You!!!!!!

People are sooo funny. I received this video via my myspace bulletin. It is beautiful. It brings chills everytime I watch it. First of all....these closed minded opinionated individuals need to grow up for real. Thank God she wasn't trying to please YOU. What should have been noted is that this child is outgoing and has no problem with expression. I actually plan to use THIS SAME VIDEO in a perfomance workshop to show the youth in my performing arts club. Too often our children are hushed and made to feel like they are not good enoug. WHATEVER talent a child has should be embellished upon. And to my "Intellectuals"..LOL...This child could use her voice to touch many people. Everything isn't for everyone. Everyone is not going to be a poet, teacher, lawyer or preacher. Let that child do her.

Its not a thing about whether the little girl can read a poem or a book...how do you know she can't? This is one video and if she can do all that at the age she is...she is smarter than you for posting such a dumb comment. I don't understand how people can make something so innocent and sweet a race thing. Unfortunately though, even if she is, what is being highlighted is what people already think, that all black folks are good for is dancing, sports and entertainment. Don't get me wrong, I think this girl is adorable. But it also can't be denied that too many of our people put more value in to teaching our kids things like this instead of things that will show us to be intelligent, classy people.
