(Nasdaq: KYPH) today announced that it is supporting the International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF) and the Foundation for Osteoporosis Research and Education (FORE) to raise awareness about osteoporosis and spinal fracture risk during World Osteoporosis Day on Saturday, October 20, 2007.
To raise awareness of ways to maintain healthy bones and fight bone fracture, Kyphon is supporting the IOF on its year-long campaign "Beat the Break: Know and Reduce Your Osteoporosis Risk" that will launch on World Osteoporosis Day. Kyphon is spearheading a program to raise up to $10,000 to support osteoporosis awareness. For each unique click to www.kyphon.com/us/WOD, Kyphon will donate $1 to the IOF. |
