Right after Lawrence is about to set off again, the female shepherd Nola asks him if he would hire her as an escort to protect from wolves. After a conversation with Holo, who voiced her opinions on Nola, Lawrence hires her and they head off towards Rubenhaigen. Once they arrive in the city, Lawrence parts ways with Nola for the time being while he goes to try and sell the armor in his cart. As Lawrence passes the initial inspection and pays the tax with two armor sets, he finds some reluctance on the part of the city government in receiving the armor. After drinking in the market, Lawrence and Holo head to the guild that Lawrence is a member of, and Lawrence goes inside the guild building alone where he is greeted warmly. |
