I Can See Clearly Now is the hilarious story of three
long time stoner college friends in their final years
of education. Three bong ripping muskateer's enjoying
life when Rick (Tony Napoli) meets a cute black girl
Anara (Kali Hawk) and they begin a hyper serious,
fast paced relationship.
More fists and bullets fly as ex's, friends, and family
voice oppositions and conspire to end the inter racial
love, or at least move Rick's dentist into a higher tax
bracket. Meanwhile Rick and his two Chronic buddies,
Chase (Chris Leone) and Tony (Scott Brandon), get a
wedge of prejudice pounded between their trio.
Based on true life events in the writer/director's life.
Not a Hollywood structure story
just a story about everyday life
and the laughter and learning
we all get on a daily basis.
