I remember watching this when it happened, some time back in the 1980's. Some big military display thing the forces were staging. The army bike team were rehearsing their bit while Anthea was doing an OB for whatever Saturday morning kids TV show she was working on. One guy let his flashbang go at the wrong moment and the rest is history. Anthea was taken to hospital and pronounced "stupid".
